Main functions:
- The electronic invoice for private individuals
- There are no special statutory requirements covering electronic invoices sent to private individuals. Your invoice is simply sent as an e-mail attachment.
- The electronic invoice for business customers
- By contrast, if the recipient of the invoice is a company, the invoice data require to be endorsed with a qualified electronic signature. Eurodata verifies the signature and archives the invoice, the signature and the verification report for the recipient. This procedure is in accordance with the VAT DIRECTIVE 2006/112/EC of the European Union.
