The Company Directors and Management are elected and drawn from Members and presently include:

The board of directors can delegate any of its powers to subcommittees consisting of persons as they think fit.

Eurodata International Ltd. additionally draws upon temporary, part-time and sub-contract personnel and consultants to provide specialist, technical and expert services to support the Association and its Members in the achievement of their Business Goals and Objectives.
